   You authorize the charge to your payment method for the total amount listed. This is a membership plan, which means you agree to recurring payments based on the schedule shown (e.g. monthly or annually), until canceled.

2. Refund Policy
   Due to the digital nature of this membership, all sales are final and non-refundable. But you are able to cancel at any time. Please reach out with questions before purchasing—I'm here to help you make an informed decision.

3. Membership Access
   You’ll receive access to the Color Club Membership immediately after purchase. Please do not share your login with others—this is a personal license for one individual.

4. Cancellation
   You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.

5. Community Guidelines
   You agree to participate respectfully and supportively within the Color Club. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, lessons, downloads, and videos are the intellectual property of Samantha Wood Art dba Color Club. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use them commercially.
